Skill Assessment And Certification of students undergoing various short term Skills Development Programmes, sponsored by Centre / State Govt. agencies, including, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Minority Affairs, etc. In order to do the bench marking of skill, it has become necessary to get the skill assessed by a third party, having industry / institutional base.
