An Management graduate and Professional in Skill Development having 10+ years experienced in the areas of operation and project management, specifically in Training and Skill Development programmes with the organisations of high repute.
During the last five years, have implemented many skill development programs successfully including STAR-PMKVY, Udaan, SGSY-Aajeevika-Skills-DDUGKY/Himayat, ISDS, PM YUVA, SUDA-NULM, BADP, NSKFDC, Learn and Earn etc projects in closely coordination with Ministries and agencies of MSDE, NSDC, MoRD, MoT, DGT (Earlier DGET), NIRD, NABCONS, and SSCs etc.
Rahul Kumar Yadav (Executive Director and Co-founder)
He is an MBA graduate specialized is skill development professional with more than 10 years of experience, of which 6 Years have been in core skill development Assessment & Training with closely coordination with various ministries and agencies of MSDE, NSDC, MoRD, MoT, DGT (Earlier DGET), NIRD, NABCONS, and SSCs etc.
He is experienced with the Training Need Assessment\Process Training-Content Design and Development\ Setting Training Agenda and designing Curriculum\Training the Trainer \ Intra and Inter Organizational Training co-ordination\Monitoring Process Launch Training and OJT Deliverables\ Measuring training effectiveness\ Tracking ROTI (Return On Training Investment) \Planning and conducting Management Development Workshop.
